ARA, Inc.'s Wide Band Unit (WBU) offers a full line of antennas and antenna systems for Military and Security Surveillance and COMINT applications. Surveillance Antennas include Omni Directional antennas for signal detection and directional antennas for direction finding. These antennas are available as passive antennas with an option to include embedded amplifier. Antenna Research’s Omni Directional antennas are also available with bypass switches and limiters to protect the amplifier or receiver from high fields.
ARA, Inc. offers a range of Surveillance Antenna Systems combining exceptional surveillance antennas with computer controlled antenna positioners. This combination allows remote computer control of the antennas with the ability to scan the antenna beam and change polarizations or frequencies.
