Omni Directional
Antenna Research's Wide Band Unit produces Omni Directional antennas for a wide variety of applications including Fixed Site, Vehicle Based, and Manpack systems.
The SAS Series of vertically polarized Omni Directional antennas is designed for braod bandwidths at reduced antenna heights. The SAS series of products can be supplied with amplifiers, by-pass switches, and limiters.
The WDA Series products further examplify of vertically polarized products made by ARA, Inc. These models are taller than SAS Series antennas, but much smaller in diameter towards the "whip" configuration. The CMA Series is like both the WDA and SAS models, but with much lower profile antennas.
The ADC Series features a variety of horizontally polarized products. Products from this series can be supplied with amplifiers, by-pass switches, and limiters.
The BSB Series antennas consist of a variety of braodband bicone antennas with polarization grids to produce slant 45 degrees linear polarization. This design allows for reception of Horizontal, Vertical, RHCP and LHCP polarizations.
ARA, Inc. also produces Low Frequency antennas that cover bands from 100 Hz to 100 KHz. These models include the RAM, ADA, and BBH series.
