Surveillance Systems
ARA, Inc. offers a line of integrated Suveillance Systems featuring a variety of broadband antennas to cover wide ranges of frequency bands with different polarizations.
The ARA-01300 Surveillance Antenna Systems consist of 6 antennas mounted on a mast, which can be installed in the field by 3 people. The 01300 system antennas cover both H and V polarizations and have both Omni antennas for detection and a set of rotatable Directional antennas for Direction Finding.
The SAS-118DP Surveillance Systems feature broadband reflector antennas for high gain and narrow beamwidths for Direction Finding. These systems have segmented composite reflectors that can be taken apart for compact storage. The SAS-118DP systems features the AEC-60C/D Azimuth over Elevation positioner with digital controller. These controllers allow remote computer control of the antenna pointing and can also furnish control for antenna polarization or amplifier switching networks.
The ACU-3D Series of digital controllers was designed to meet the Military Requirements of MIL-STD-810 for environmental conditions and MIL-STD-461 for Electromagnetic Compatibility. These controllers are available for multiple axis and torque ranges.
