Omni Directional
Antenna Research Associates, Inc. produces Omni Directional antennas for a wide variety of applications including Fixed Site, Vehicle Based and Manpack systems. ARA, Inc. creates omni directional antennas a variety of markets including antennas for SINGARS radio; WDA series products for multi band communications; and VBC series for vertical polarization.
The SAS Series of vertically polarized Omni-directional antennas are design for broad bandwidths at reduced antenna height. The SAS Omni antennas can be supplied with amplifiers, by-pass switches and limiters.
The WDA Series antennas are taller but much small in diameter approaching the “whip” configuration.
The CMA Series are low profile antennas.
