Biconical
Antennas 20 - 1000 MHz transmit/Receive:
ARA BCD and BCH series
of passive, biconical-dipole antennas are an excellent choice
for measurements of electric field strengths. Their compact size
and broadband characteristics make them ideal for use in shielded
rooms and anechoic chambers.
Dipole Antennas
1kHz - 1GHz:
Our ADA series dipole antennas and TDS series
tuned dipoles are ideally suited for measuring electric fields
accurately over a broad frequency range.
Extremely Broadband
E-Field Receiving Antennas:
Our SAS series antennas are extremely broadband portable
receiving antennas designed specifically for accurate measurement
of electric field intensity. They are ideally suited for wideband
emission testing and spectrum surveillance applications. Integral
active networks provide outstanding performance over the entire
frequency range of operation -- performance normally associated
with full-scale antennas which are much larger.
Horn Antennas - 200
MHz - 40 GHz:
Our DRG series horns provide flat gain and low VSWR
performance over multi-octave bands.
Horn Antennas - Standard
Gain:
Our SWH series Standard Gain horn antennas are available
in contiguous waveguide bands from 750 MHz to 40 GHz. Characterized
by antenna factors that are flat to within +/- 0.5 dB, Standard
Gain Horns make an excellent choice as reference standards for
emissions testing above 1 GHz as outlined in ANSI C63.4.
Log Periodic Dipoles
20 MHz - 18 GHz Transmit/Receive:
Our LPD series antennas are lightweight, high gain
log periodic dipoles designed to transmit and receive signals
over a broad band. All LPD antennas are linearly polarized. Polarization
adjustment is possible in any plane with a universal joint. Our
LPC series is the dual polarized version of our LPD series antennas.
Broadband EMC Test
Antennas (BICOGs®):
With a frequency range that typically requires two antennas
to cover, the BICOG® is an excellent choice for emission
(FCC-18, EN 55022 and ANSI C63.4) and immunity (IEC 1000-4-3)
testing. The broadband frequency response reduces the number of
time-consuming antenna changes required in a typical EMC test
setup.
Magnetic Field Antennas
100 Hz - 100 MHz:
Our BBH series broadband magnetic field antennas are
designed to provide maximum sensitivity for receiving magnetic
field signals in the VLF through VHF spectrum. These antennas
are responsive primarily to the magnetic component of an electromagnetic
field with practically no sensitivity to the electric component.
The electrical balance with respect to ground and cables renders
them almost immune to common mode interference.
Loop
Antennas, Untuned 20 Hz - 100 MHz:
Our line of untuned loops includes both active
and passive antennas to meet a wide range of testing requirements.
All antennas may be mounted on ARA TP series and other tripods
using 1/4-20 studs.
Monopoles
/ Whips 100 Hz - 300 MHz:
Our active as well as passive rod antennas offer flat antenna
factors, extreme sensitivities, ultra wide dynamic range and rugged
construction.
Conical
Log Spirals 100 MHz - 10 GHz:
Our CLS series antennas are compact, moderate gain,
low VSWR conical log spirals designed to transmit and receive
signals over a broad band. They are available with left or right
circular polarization.

with EMI instruments to measure interference currents in accordance
with MIL-STD-461/462 D, IEC 1000-4-6, SAE J1547, British defense
59-41 Pt 3 and other commercial and military specifications. These
are current transformers which accurately measure RF current in
an electrical conductor (or bundle of conductors) without making
a direct connection with the conductor.
E&H Field Probes:
Our HFP series probes and probe sets are ideal for
detecting and troubleshooting E and H field emission from electronic
circuit boards, cases, traces, ICs, ribbons and cables. These
probes offer excellent performance and ease of use. The design
allows easy access to tight and hard to reach places including
corners.
